Solicitor Fees

If the solicitor’s services are offered on a No Win No Fee basis, they will explain:

• their success fee
• any deductions or costs
• what you would pay if the case wins
• what happens if the case does not succeed

You will be given full terms before agreeing to anything. You are under no obligation to proceed.

You do not have to use a claims management company to pursue your Personal Injury issue.
